Refund Policy

Overview

SAT Prep Mastery offers subscription-based access to its SAT preparation platform and College Essay Strategist. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Free Trial

New users may access a free trial before subscribing. We strongly encourage you to explore the platform fully during your trial period before upgrading to a paid plan. No payment is collected during the trial.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The request is submitted to our support team via the contact form or by emailing us directly.

Refunds will not be issued for requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date, for renewal charges where the subscription had not been cancelled prior to renewal, or for partial billing periods.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the billing period.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase or most recent renewal charge. Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within the eligible 30-day window:

• Submit a request via our Contact page.
• Include the email address associated with your account and your purchase date.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under law beyond these terms, please contact us and we will review your case.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
