Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SAT Prep Mastery, operated by SAT Prep Mastery ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information current. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SAT Prep Mastery. Users under 18 should use the platform with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

SAT Prep Mastery is provided for legitimate personal educational use only. You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or commercially resell any content from the platform without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping software to extract content from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the question bank, essay framework, or any proprietary content
• Use the platform to provide test prep or essay services to third parties for commercial gain without authorization
• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or designed to harm the platform or other users
• Attempt to circumvent subscription gates or access premium features without a valid subscription

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3. Subscription Terms

SAT Prep Mastery offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on the schedule selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change with notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you will retain access to premium features until the period ends.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@satmastery.com within 14 days.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. SAT Prep Mastery does not store your payment card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

4. Premium Feature Limitations

Premium features — including the Essay Strategist, full-length practice exams beyond the free limit, and advanced performance analytics — are available only to users with an active Premium subscription.

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to premium features will end at the close of your current billing period. Your account, progress data, and essay drafts will remain accessible but premium features will be restricted until a subscription is renewed.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each plan with reasonable advance notice.

5. Trial Limitations

If a free trial is offered, it is available once per user. Attempts to create multiple accounts to access additional trial periods are a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Trial access may include restrictions on the number of practice questions, full-length tests, or Essay Strategist features available. Trial terms are communicated at the time of sign-up and are subject to change.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SAT Prep Mastery — including the question bank, essay framework, feedback rubrics, written explanations, scoring algorithms, and interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of SAT Prep Mastery. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or create derivative works based on any proprietary content without express written permission. Requests for licensing or educational partnerships should be directed to support@satmastery.com.

SAT® is a registered trademark of College Board®, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse SAT Prep Mastery. Use of the term "SAT" on this platform is purely descriptive.

7. No Admission Guarantee

SAT Prep Mastery is a preparation and strategy tool. We do not guarantee any specific SAT score outcome, college admission result, or scholarship outcome as a result of using the platform.

College admissions decisions are made by institutions based on a wide range of factors beyond test scores and essays. SAT Prep Mastery provides tools to help students prepare — it does not guarantee admission to any school.

Score improvement depends on consistent, focused practice and the application of feedback. Results will vary based on individual effort, starting point, and time invested.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAT Prep Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, interruption of service, or academic outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you have questions about any changes, contact us at support@satmastery.com.
